processing times

premade orders: please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped.

custom orders: please allow up to 3 weeks for your piece to be carefully handcrafted and shipped.

shipping responsibility

once your package is dropped off to the post office, it is out of my hands. i cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages and cannot offer compensation for them. if you experience any shipping issues, please contact your local postal service with your tracking information for assistance.
